Open Case Zero → tap the gear icon (top-right) → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy the pass. If it still doesn't work, email us with the date and Apple ID order number and we'll look into it.
The streak counts consecutive days you complete the daily case. If you missed a calendar day (your device's local timezone), the streak resets. There's no way to repair a broken streak — same rules as Wordle. New day, new case, fresh start.
Case Zero is an iPhone-first app and is designed for portrait, one-handed play. You can install it on iPad in "iPhone app" mode but the layout isn't optimized. An iPad-native version may come later.
No. The app stores your gameplay locally on the device — no server, no analytics, no ads. Read the privacy policy for the full breakdown.
Delete the app from your device. Your local data is removed with it. There is no server-side data to delete because there is no server.
