By installing or using Case Zero, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Case Zero on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
The Detective Pass is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Once purchased, it is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored at any time using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app's Settings. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple — please contact Apple directly for refund requests.
Case Zero is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, as to fitness for any particular purpose. Your sole remedy for any problem with the app is to discontinue use.
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Case Zero. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for any in-app purchases.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, where Min Seon Kim is resident. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
